'Sri Sankara' Channel New Offers

The religious television channel ‘Sri Sankara’ headed by Managing director M Harikrishna in consultation with CEO KS Suresh and program coordinator SLN Swamy is focusing on more meaningful programs for coming Ugadi festival.

Already two years in television world giving divine programs breaking records this visual media ‘Sri Sankara’ in the national and international level growing fast in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, New Delhi, Mumbai and north India has completed two years and entering the third year.

For the coming Srikhara Samvasthara ‘Sri Sankara’ is offering many new programs like ‘Geethanjali’, ‘Ugadi Puraskar Award’ at the national level and Question and Answer competition on divinity and philosophical subjects.

‘Geethanjali’ is a music based program with old and new singers joining together. 13 popular singers as ‘Hosa Chiguru’ representing the current singers fraternity and 13 veteran singers are picked for this special program. Veteran singers Rathnamala Prakash, Manjula Gururaj, Indhu Vishwanath, BR Chaya are special singers. This is ‘Hosa Chiguru and Hale Beru’.

For the first time Ugadi Puraskar award is instituted from this year. Tops in various fields of activities have been already nominated. This awards evening is scheduled for 4th April at Dr Ambedkar Bhavan. Governor of Karnataka Hansaraj Bharadwaj will preside over this awards evening.

Ugadi special is Question and Answer’ session from Monday to Friday at 9 pm. 10 questions will be asked and winner will get a trip to Kailasa Manas.
