Actor Arun Vijay had obtained his skydivers' license from the
United States Parachute Association. He had proved his mettle in the sports jumping from tall buildings.
Now he is planning to go a step further. The actor is all set to take a jump from the world's tallest peak - Mt Everest.
With a major portion of shooting for his movie Thadyara Thakka is complete, Arunvijay, who is enjoying a break now, decided to jump from top Mt Everest, the world's tallest peak.
Arun Vijay has now enrolled for this event which takes place only twice a year. A normal jump is from 14000-16000 ft in the air. But here the starting altitude to jump is 29500 ft to enable the diver to land safely
between the mountain peaks.
The trip starts from the Nepal capital Kathmandu and goes on a trekking expedition for a week, proceeding towards the Mt Everest. He is expected to achieve this in the first week of June
