Everytime when elections are announced in Tamilnadu, there is a mad rush to knock the doors of 'Super Star' Rajnikanth seeking his support. The numero uno actor of Indian cinema was a driving force in deciding the winners in previous elections. His fans numbering several lakhs in the State are ready to cast their votes for the party that Rajinikanth says.
This time around with just five days to go for polls, Rajinikanth has been maintaining silence. However there is mad rush between parties and candidates to call on Rajinikanth and seek his support. It may be recalled that DMK, AIADMK and even BJP candidates have visited Rajinikanth and sought his support.
Rajinikanth received all the candidates to his house with smile and shook hands and wished them best of luck in the elections. Meanwhile, it is revealed that Rajinikanth will commence shooting for his next film Raana, directed by K S Ravikumar shortly after elections. The movie features 'Super Star' in triple roles.
