Karthi ready for the run

After a scintillating show in Siruthai, actor Karthi is ready to run the extra mile. His forthcoming film, to be produced by Gnanavel Raja for Studio Green, is reportedly directed by Suraj.

Suraj who is busy with the release of Dhanush starrer Maapillai will direct Karthi. It is supposedly an commercial entertainer and Karthi was impressed listening to the script that he agreed to do it immediately.

Suraj has proved in the past that he can handle light themes with right heroism. Karthi too is upbeat with the project.

Meanwhile, Studio Green, who prouduced films like Paruthiveeeran, Nan Mahan Alla and Siruthai with Karthi, is ready and raring to go with him for the fourth time. Once Mappillai is released, Suraj is expected to settle down and Begin hunt for a heroine and rest of the cast and crew.
