A few years ago actress Neethu bagged the best supporting actress award from the Karnataka state government for her Tulu film ‘Koti Chennaiah’ and now she is in another state recognized language film in Konkani ‘Ujwad’.
Starting from ‘Joke Falls’ Neethu has been recognized for her action potentiality in various films like Gaalipata, Poojari, Manasaare song, Krishna Nee Lage Aagi Baaro…etc.
In ‘Ujwad’ I play a typical Gowda Saraswath Konkani community girl and veteran on stage Kasargod Chinna is directing this film. The film ‘Ujwad’ focuses on the Dakshin Kannada Gowda Saraswath community culture and tradition in the film.
Kasargod Chinna is producing the film. V.Manohar is scoring the music. In Karkala and Mangalore shooting will be held.
