Despite having good looks and acting skills, Poonam Kaur failed to make it to the top for some reason. Even after shifting to character and sidekick roles, Poonam didn’t find any solace. She was actually successful as a character artist as the films Souryam, Vinayakudu and Gaganam did well at the box office in which she didn’t do the female lead role.
Right now, Poonam Kaur is starring in Brahmigadi Katha movie in which Varun Sandesh is playing the lead. Asmita Sood is the heroine and Krishnudu is playing a key role in it. Poonam’s role is said to be the second female lead in BGK.
She has pinned lots of hopes on this film to give her the desired break. Varun Sandesh himself is not in a great form and may be she is asking for more out of this. Anyways, better luck Poonam.
