With films not clicking and theatres not available in plenty the release of Kannada films have not stopped. This week we have ‘Madhondu Madhuvena, Prema Chandrama and Dragon Kannada films to treat audiences.
‘MM’ is by Umesh Banakar and Anil P Menasinakayi (Gadag) in Sri Veerabhadreshwara Films is a sequel to successful film of director Dinesh Baboo ‘Eradane Madhuve’. A quickie from Dinesh Baboo this is his 100th film as cameraman and director.
Ananthnag, Suhasini are in the lead role with Naveen Krishna and Priyanka in the young pair. Thara, Raju Thalikote, MS Umesh, Sharan and others are in the cast. Giridhar has scored music for only one song. Suresh Byrasandra is the cameraman. Ramnarayan has written the one and only song.
PC – Prema Chandrama starring Raghu Mukerjee, Kiran and Rekha in a triangular love story is produced by UE Ganesh, G Kumar, GS Jagadish and Sunilkumar Shindhe this film is produced by Jenukallu Chitralaya. Shahuraj Shindhe who directed ‘Snehana Preethina and Arjun’ is the director of this love triangle.Srinath, Umasri, Sumithra, Ganesh and others are in the cast. V Harikrishna has scored the music. HC Venu is the cameraman.
‘Dragon’ action packed film starring Thriller Manju doing the Bruce Lee of ‘Enter the Dragon’ is Simran Movie Makers Firdos produced film has MK Mourya screenplay and direction. Melwin, Chetan, Bhavya, Nakul Balachandra, Sinchana, Thriller Venkatesh, Manohar are in the cast. Raj Bhasker has scored the music. Dr Krishnamurthy Charam has lent the story.
