Arulnidhi, grandson of former Chief Minister M Karunanidhi plays the role of a banker in his second film Udhayan. To be directed by Chaplin, the movie is all set to grace theatres soon.
Kannada actress Pranitha plays the female lead. Santhanam is part of the cast that also includes names like Banu and Ashish Vidyarthi. The movie has music by Mani Kanth Kadri and the highlight is a song composed by Shruti Haasan.
With Udhayan all complete, Arulnidhi has hopped to do another movie
titled Mouna Guru, directed by debutant Shanthakumar.
