A letter written to the Secretary of the South Indian Film Chamber of Commerce by Rainbow, a division of Usha Kiron Movies, K Ravindra Rao, General Manager Finance and Accounts on 7th July has urged for the serious action against persons, organizations indulged in taking the beta cassettes to obtain dupe negatives and then going for print. They have obtained from editors and Tele cine offices from our office.
Rainbow Color Lab has also mentioned in its letter that it has taken back the complaint as Lab and Studio dues were received on behalf of Dynamic Enterprises through Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce.
Rainbow color letter dated 7th July, 2011 has also sent a copy to KFCC and Prasad Color Lab.
