Arjun Lal, who played Mohanlal's son in the 2005 film Thanmathra is all set to make a comeback to industry after a hiatus of eight years.
Sources say he will be seen in John Robinson's Asha Black, along with Manoj K Jayan, Sarath Kumar and Joy Mathew.
In the film he plays the role of a musician who has his own band in Bangalore while the title character Asha, who assumes that her father loathes her for being the ugliest girl ever, gradually starts seeking other people's affection.
